After a short administrative update, each meeting will include two Project updates (~ 45 mins / project) or 3 Core updates (25 mins / core). Each presentation is coordinated by the designated Project, Core, or CDP lead. The lead will consult with the PIs on their project/core and designate who will present and how the presentations will be constituted, preferably including a mix of senior and junior level presenters each month.

Teleconference meetings are held the 3^rd Friday of each month at 10:00-11:30 AM PT.

The National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases will host the annual HIV Structural Biology Meeting Monday, June 24^th and Tuesday, June 25^th, 2024 at the NIH Natcher Conference Center in Bethesda, MD. The meeting will feature presentations from the Centers for HIV Structural Biology program, invited lectures and short talks selected from submitted abstracts. Poster sessions will be held each day to encourage networking and collaboration among HIV Cellular, Molecular and Structural Biologists. The meeting is expected to attract over 300 participants from the extramural and intramural research community.

 This meeting is free and open to all. Registration and abstract submission will open in April.

The Summer B-HIVE F2F meeting will be held on June 26^th, the Wednesday after the HIV Structural Biology meetings in Bethesda, MD. The format will follow the same as last year’s, with short presentations by grad students, fellows, CDPs, and staff.  The meeting site will be close to the NIH campus, however the location is currently to be determined.
